We chose kimonos that are beautiful and wearable. However, some kimonos might have small storage stains. We deemed these, if there is any, is either negligible or adds to the beauty of the kimono. We do not guarantee pattern placements. We promise to make use of most of the pattern as much as we can. However, there are situations that parts of the fabric is too fragile to sew. Thus, Etsuka cannot guarantee pattern placements to your custom fabrics In case the fabric is not viable for sewing, we will reach out to you if you want to change to another premium fabric. Of course, if you cannot choose a new one, we'd be more than happy to refund you. Shipping and Returns The Fabric is shipped from Japan. The estimated completion and delivery time for your piece is 4 8 weeks. Since this is a custom fit, it may take a bit longer. If additional time is needed, well be sure to keep you updated Since this is a custom piece, you agree that YOU CANNOT return it for resizing or change of size especially if we followed the size indicated in your measurement form. Should there be a chance that we can resize it for you, you agree to shoulder the shipping cost to and from and agree to pay the fee to resize your item. We also cannot entertain cash refund.
